DeepL、企業向けの汎用AIエージェント「DeepL Agent」
DeepLは3日、企業向け自律型AIエージェント「DeepL Agent」を発表した。財務や営業、マーケティング、カスタマーサポートなどの幅広い業務の自動化に特化しエージェントとして、一部の顧客向けのテストを開始。今後数カ月で一般提供を開始する。
「DeepL Agent」は、事務職や専門職などの業務担当者が日々直面する反復的な作業を効率化、自動化することを目的に設計され、ユーザーの環境内で、自然言語による指示に応じて業務を安全かつ自律的に実行する。仮想のキーボード・ブラウザ・マウスなどを使って、既存のインターフェース上でユーザーの代わりにほぼすべての作業をこなせるという。
DeepLの強みである言語関連業務だけでなく、汎用型エージェントとして、営業・財務・マーケティング・ローカリゼーション・人事など、様々なチームや業務領域を横断して活用できる。例えば、営業チーム向けのインサイト抽出、財務部門での請求書処理の自動化、ローカリゼーションチームでの翻訳・承認業務などに対応可能としている。
DeepL Agentのベータ版は「DeepL AI Labs」で公開されている。
