ららぽーとTOKYO-BAY北館 建替えI期、10月31日開業 フード拡充
「ららぽーとTOKYO-BAY北館」(千葉県船橋市)の建替え計画I期エリアが、10月31日にグランドオープンする。I期エリア全96店舗の情報も公開されている。

「三井ショッピングパーク ららぽーとTOKYO-BAY北館建替え計画」のI期エリアは、従来の2階建てから3階建てに拡張される。博多で人気の博多一双のセカンドブランドで、関東初出店となるラーメン店「Hakata Ramen Issou nossi」や、千葉県初出店でカフェも併設の「RHC Ron Herman/RHC CAFE」、魚釣りが楽しめる体験型レストラン「釣船茶屋ざうお」など、関東初出店3店舗、千葉県初出店26店舗を含む、全96店舗がオープンする。
北館I期エリア最大の目玉は、3階に誕生する計38店舗の、日本一の店舗数を誇るという大型フードゾーン。新設されるフードコートにより、既存館の西館・North Gate(北館I期エリア開業に合わせてビビット南船橋から名称変更予定)と合わせて、総席数は日本一の2,500席になり、幅広い世代で楽しめる空間になるとしている。
「ビビット南船橋」は、北館I期エリアの開業にあわせ、「三井ショッピングパーク ららぽーとTOKYO-BAY North Gate」へと名称を変更する。館内は、さらに明るく、過ごしやすい空間に生まれ変わるという。象徴的な広場には、新たに大きなビジョンと照明を設置して、スポーツや音楽などさまざまなジャンルに対応できるイベントスペースとして活用する。
ららぽーとTOKYO-BAY中心に位置するハーバー通りは、II期までの計画を通じて2倍に拡幅する予定。I期完成時には北館I期エリアのテラス席周辺の1階店舗前を整備し、II期完成時にはかいだん広場を含むハーバー通り全体を整備する。
北館I期開業にあわせて、スポーツ・エンターテインメントを活用し、南船橋エリアの街づくりをさらに強化する。「LaLa arena TOKYO-BAY」との間にブリッジを新設して回遊性を高めるほか、南館・西館もアリーナ連携POP UPスペースの新設や、アミューズメントパーク「FUN VILLAGE」の新規出店など、大幅に拡充する。開業時には、エリア全体でさまざまなイベントやキャンペーンも実施する。
「三井ショッピングパーク ららぽーとTOKYO-BAY北館」の所在地は千葉県船橋市浜町2-1-1。北館II期エリアの着工・開業時期は未定。
