中国 ロシア 首脳会談でトランプ政権念頭に連携強化の意向示す
ロシアのプーチン大統領と中国の習近平国家主席は、モスクワで会談し、アメリカのトランプ政権などを念頭に、両国の関係をさらに強化していく意向を示しました。
ロシアでは、9日が第2次世界大戦で旧ソビエトがナチス・ドイツに勝利したことを祝う「戦勝記念日」で、プーチン大統領は、これにあわせて習近平国家主席をモスクワに招き、会談しました。
日本時間の8日午後4時すぎからクレムリンで始まった会談の冒頭、プーチン大統領は「厳しい戦争中に築かれた我々のきずなは、現在の協力関係の基盤の1つとなっている。我々の関係は対等で互恵的であり、国際情勢に左右されるものではない」と述べ、第2次世界大戦の歴史を強調し、両国の連携を強化したい姿勢を示しました。
これに対し、習主席も国際社会の現状について「単独主義と強権的ないじめ行為に直面している」と指摘した上で「中国はロシアとともに両国と幅広い発展途上国の権利と利益を断固として守り、平等で秩序ある世界の多極化と経済のグローバル化を推進していく」と述べ、アメリカのトランプ政権などを念頭に、両国の関係をさらに強化していく意向を示しました。
両首脳は、トランプ政権への対応やウクライナ情勢などについて意見を交わすものとみられます。
9日には、モスクワで戦勝記念日の式典が行われ、習主席も出席し、軍事パレードを観覧する予定です。

首都モスクワでは、今月9日の第2次世界大戦の「戦勝記念日」を前に、軍事パレードのリハーサルが行われ、ウクライナ侵攻でロシア軍が使用する無人機が初めて披露されました。
ロシアは軍事用の無人機を大幅に増産していて、プーチン大統領は、150万機以上が去年、生産され、おととしの10倍以上になったと明らかにしています。
こうした中、中国からロシアへのビデオゲーム機や付属品の輸出が急増していることがNHKの分析でわかりました。専門家は、ゲーム機のコントローラーが軍事用の無人機を操縦する装置に転用されている可能性が高いと指摘しています。
