電通やソフトバンク、「心を動かす日本語広告」生成で共同研究
日本語特有の語感や繊細な表現を捉えた“心を動かす日本語の広告コピー”の生成に向け、電通やソフトバンクらが共同研究を開始する。日本企業の広告マーケティングにおけるコピーライティングの支援などを目的とした「日本語コピーライティング特化型生成AI」の開発で、電通と電通デジタル、ソフトバンク、SB Intuitionsの4社が協力する。
日本企業の広告マーケティング活動では、ターゲットの調査・分析からクリエイティブ制作、効果検証などで、生成AIの活用が進んでいる。一方、現在使われている生成AIは、海外で開発された大規模言語モデル(LLM)を基盤としたものが多く、「日本語特有の語感や文脈の繊細な表現を捉えた広告コピーの生成が難しいという課題がある」としている。
そのため、電通と電通デジタルが培ってきたコピーライティングの知見や、AI広告コピー生成ツール「AICO2」などのノウハウと、ソフトバンクが構築したAI計算基盤を基にSB Intuitionsが開発を進める日本語に特化したLLM「Sarashina」を掛け合わせ、日本語の語感や表現を深く理解した「日本語コピーライティング特化型生成AI」の開発を目指す。
具体的には、Sarashinaにおいて、実際の広告コピーを用いた追加学習(SFT、DPO)を実施して表現に関する性能を向上。より豊かなクリエイティブ表現を可能にする。また、言葉のトーンの強弱制御を学習させることで、マーケティング・コミュニケーションの目的やターゲットに合わせて最適な言葉遣いを行なえるようにする。
加えて、AIが出力した内容をAIに評価させて、より良い表現を学習する機能強化を実施。広告コピー生成の精度向上を図り、日本語のコピーライティングの品質向上を目指すとしている。
