旧村上ファンド系投資会社など フジHDの株式 計13％余取得
旧村上ファンド系の投資会社がフジテレビの親会社の株式をさらに買い進め、村上世彰氏の長女らの持ち分と合わせて13％余りを取得したことがわかりました。
旧村上ファンドの村上世彰氏の長女、野村絢氏や旧村上ファンド系の投資会社は、ことしに入ってフジテレビの親会社「フジ・メディア・ホールディングス」の株式の取得を進めています。
2日、関東財務局に提出された報告書によりますと、投資会社はフジの親会社の株式をさらに買い増し、先月25日の時点で合わせて13.32％を保有していることがわかりました。
事実上の筆頭株主とみられます。
フジテレビの親会社では、先月25日の株主総会で会社側が出した取締役候補の議案が可決され、スポンサー企業の間ではコマーシャルを再開させる動きも出ています。
旧村上ファンド系の投資会社などは、報告書の中で株式の保有目的を「経営陣への助言や重要な提案行為など」としていて、新しい経営体制となったフジの親会社に対する動向が焦点となります。
