新宿西口、27日(土)から車は南北通り抜け不可 動線が大きく変わる
新宿駅西口に、歩行者が車道を横断することなく東西方向に行き来できる空間が、9月27日(土)に誕生します。これに伴い、車両は南北方向(京王百貨店側と小田急ハルク側)の通り抜けができなくなるので注意が必要です。

工事は9月27日(土)の0時頃から3時頃にかけて順次実施と公表されており、明るくなるころには、動線変更は完了しているのではないかと考えられます。「地点により動線変更のタイミングが異なりますので、当日は交通誘導員の案内に従ってご通行ください」とのことです。
車両が通り抜けできなくなる道は、小田急百貨店跡地前およびスバルビル跡地前です。京王百貨店・ヨドバシカメラ側と小田急ハルク側の間の移動は迂回する必要があります。
具体的には例えば、代々木駅から小田急線踏切、甲州街道、スバルビル跡地前、小田急ハルク前を通って小滝橋通りに抜けるというルートは利用できず、どこかで迂回するなど別ルートとする必要があります。
東京都は迂回路に関する動画を公開しています。事前にチェックしておくとスムーズな移動に繋がるでしょう。
また、右左折の影響による渋滞が発生する場所も、27日前後で変わってくることも考えられます。時間に余裕を持った移動を心がけましょう。
