アマゾン、六本木で「ふるさとまつり」 全国の特産品が集結
Amazonは、六本木ミッドタウンにて「Amazonふるさとまつり」を開催した。期間は9月7日まで。2024年12月に開始した「Amazonふるさと納税」に参加する全国14の自治体がブース出展し、各地域の魅力を発信する。

参加自治体は、北海道上士幌町、北海道別海町、宮城県塩竃市、山形県長井市、茨城県牛久市、千葉県船橋市、静岡県西伊豆町、山梨県大月市、山梨県富士河口湖町、奈良県宇陀市、奈良県三宅町、福岡県久留米市、福岡県八女市、熊本県水上村。
会場では、特産品や工芸品の展示に加え、試食・試飲が楽しめるほか、アトラクションも実施。アトラクションは、自治体ブースをめぐってヒントを集める「ふるさとクロスワードパズル」と、ふるさと納税の返礼品が最短翌日に届くスピード感を体験できる「スマイルキャッチャー」を用意する。
来場者には数量限定で汗拭きシートや冷却パック、うちわの「夏涼みグッズ」が配布される。また、アトラクションの成功者にはオレンジジュース、クリアファイル、エコバッグのいずれかがプレゼントされる。
開催時間は5日が13時から20時、6日と7日が11時から18時。会場は東京ミッドタウン キャノピー・スクエア(東京都港区赤坂9-7-1)。
■ 自治体「8月頃から寄付が増えている」
ふるさと納税では、9月末でポイント還元制度が終了することから、制度改正前の駆け込み寄付が加速しているという。イベントに参加した各自治体の担当者からも「8月頃から寄付件数が増えてきた」との声が上がっていた。
こうした動きも背景に、各自治体は地域の魅力発信に力を入れており、本イベントでも、その場で寄付ができる仕組みが設けられるなど、寄付者との接点づくりが図られていた。
