ウクライナ外相 “12日から30日間の停戦を行う準備ある”
ウクライナのシビハ外相は10日、みずからのSNSでゼレンスキー大統領と、キーウを訪れているイギリスやフランスなど4か国の首脳がアメリカのトランプ大統領と電話会談を行ったと明らかにしました。電話会談は和平に向けた取り組みに焦点をあてた実りあるものだったとしています。
そのうえで、ウクライナと欧米各国は12日から「少なくとも30日間の無条件の陸、空、海での完全な停戦を行う準備がある」としてロシアに対し、停戦に応じるよう迫りました。シビハ外相はロシアが停戦に同意し、効果的な監視が担保できれば「和平交渉への道を開く」としています。
