東急、東横線上りで有料座席「Q SEAT」 元町・中華街→渋谷
東急電鉄は、東横線の上りで有料座席指定サービス「Q SEAT」を7月22日に開始する。座席指定料金は大人・小児一律で500円。

東横線ではQ SEATを、平日夜帰宅ラッシュ時間帯の、渋谷発 元町・中華街行きの下りで23年8月から提供している。7月22日から、下りと同様の時間帯において、みなとみらい線区間を含め、元町・中華街発 渋谷行きの一部列車で提供する。
Q SEAT対象車両は、東横線で運行している5050系(10両編成)の一部列車の5号車の座席を、ロングシートからクロスシートに転換し、急行列車として運行。通常車両よりも座面が広く、電源コンセントとカップホルダー(一部座席)を設置している。車内Wi-Fiサービスも無料で利用できる。
運行時間は、元町・中華街18時21分発・渋谷19時2分着から、元町・中華街20時51分発・渋谷21時32分着まで、1日6本を運行。元町・中華街駅～横浜駅は乗車専用区間、菊名駅～渋谷駅は乗車・降車可能区間となる。
チケットの販売はオンラインの「東横線Qシートチケットレスサービス」もしくは駅窓口。販売駅は東横線の渋谷、中目黒、学芸大学、自由が丘、田園調布、多摩川、武蔵小杉、日吉、綱島、菊名、横浜。みなとみらい線内各駅窓口では購入できない。決済方法は、オンラインではクレジットカードのみ、駅窓口では現金のみ。
従来より東横線下りのほか、大井町線でも提供しており、いずれも東横線上りでの提供開始後のサービス内容の変更はない。
