営業停止処分中に弁当販売か 日本料理店の経営者など逮捕 大阪
集団食中毒が起きた大阪 河内長野市の日本料理店の経営者などが、営業停止の処分中に仕出し弁当を販売したとして食品衛生法違反の疑いで逮捕されたことが、捜査関係者への取材で分かりました。仕出し弁当を食べた客からノロウイルスが検出されたということで、警察が経緯を調べています。
逮捕されたのは、過去にミシュランガイドにも掲載されたことのある、大阪 河内長野市の日本料理店「喜一」の経営者、北野博一容疑者（69）や従業員など合わせて3人です。
この店は、ことし2月上旬から中旬にかけて料理や仕出し弁当を食べた客33人が下痢やおう吐などの症状を訴え、保健所の調査でノロウイルスによる集団食中毒と判断され、大阪府から2日間の営業停止の処分を受けました。
捜査関係者によりますと、3人は処分の期間中、仕出し弁当11個を販売していた疑いがあるとして食品衛生法違反の疑いが持たれています。
この弁当を食べた複数の客からノロウイルスが検出されたということです。
逮捕前の任意の調べに対し、経営者は「仕出し弁当の注文を断れなかった」と説明しているということです。
この店では、その後、営業を再開しましたが、再び集団食中毒が発生し、ことし3月上旬から2週間余り営業禁止となっていました。
