今回購入したのは「ツボ押し・山型」。価格は590円（以下、すべて税込）です。
プラスチックでできた、手のひらサイズのツボ押しグッズです。
サイズは（約）直径6.5×高さ4.6cm。白1色でできたシンプルなデザインです。
形はUFOのてっぺんが少し盛り上がったような、不思議なシルエットになっています。
このてっぺんの絶妙な形が、ツボを押すのにぴったりなんです！
試しに腕をマッサージしてみると、痛気持ちよくてやみつきになる！
腕は凝っている自覚がありませんでしたが、筋肉に沿ってやさしく押すと、ホッと癒されるような気分になります。
肩や鎖骨まわりは横にスライドさせるように動かすと、凹凸がある部分もほぐしやすい！
てっぺんの盛り上がりがなだらかなカーブになっているからか、指で押すよりも当たりがソフトです。
床に置いたツボ押しを足裏で軽く踏みながら揺らすと、手を使わずに足裏マッサージができて便利。
椅子に座って作業したり、ベッドでゴロゴロしたりしながら、手軽にリフレッシュできてお気に入りです。
ツボ押しの上に寝転がると、背中やお尻周りもマッサージできます。
厚みがあるカーペットやヨガマットの上で使うとクッション性が出て、程よい圧でツボが押せますよ。
指で押すよりも手が疲れにくいし、あまり力を使わずにマッサージできました。
また、本体をギュッと握りこめるから、すべらずに使えるのも便利です。
ただ、長時間使用した部分は、次の日少し筋肉痛のような痛みがありました。
気持ちよくてつい長くマッサージしたくなりますが、力加減や使用時間には注意してくださいね。
