【どっちが新鮮でおいしいブドウ？】ここを見れば一発でわかる！ 農水省オススメの見分け方が有益すぎた
秋の味覚の代表“ブドウ”。さまざまな品種のものが旬を迎えていて、とてもおいしいですよね。でも、おいしそうなものを選んだはずなのに、パックの外側から見えていなかった部分の実がブヨブヨしていてガッカリ……なんてこともありますよね。

。熟し切っておいしそうに見えても、軸の状態が悪いと古くなっている場合があり、実が落ちてしまうとのことです。「軸が茶色く枯れたようになると、実がポロポロ落ちてしまいます」

表面のハリ感などは真っ先に目に入るところですが、軸の色と状態で鮮度を見分けることもできるんですね！
実際に筆者が買って食べたブドウを2つ比べてみたところ、軸が茶色い方は触れるとすぐに実が落ちてしまう状態で、軸が緑色の方は表面のハリ感も強く、実が落ちることもありませんでした。
実際に食べてみた感想としては、どちらもおいしかったものの、実が落ちていないもののほうがハリがあって、しっかりとした食感でした。実が落ちやすい方のブドウは、パックに梱包されているときには気付けない部分で、少しハリを失って風味が変わった粒も一部見受けられました。品種がそれぞれ異なるとはいえ、ベストなコンディションだったブドウは、軸が緑色の方だったと言えるでしょう。
より新鮮でおいしいものを食べたいという場合は、軸の状態も確認すると良さそうですね！
