荒川区に「Olive LOUNGE町屋」オープン 2階にSHARE LOUNGE
三井住友銀行は14日、銀行・カフェ・コワーキングスペースが一体となった「Olive LOUNGE町屋」を東京都荒川区に開設した。1階には銀行窓口とスターバックスを併設し、2階にはカルチュア・コンビニエンス・クラブ(CCC)が運営する「SHARE LOUNGE」を展開。Olive利用者に向けたVポイントの還元などの特典も用意される。

「Olive LOUNGE」は、ATMや窓口といった銀行機能に加えて、カフェやコワーキングスペースを備えた複合店舗。荒川区では初の出店となる。
1階には、窓口機能のほか、スターバックスを併設。広々としたカフェスペースを設け、資産運用の相談や各種手続きを行ないながら、飲食や休憩もできる空間を提供。Oliveの操作やポイント利用についても案内スタッフが対応する。
2階には、CCCが運営する「SHARE LOUNGE」を展開。カフェ・ワーク・読書など、さまざまなシーンに対応するラウンジスペースで、今回の町屋店には69席を用意。木目調とグレーを基調とした内装で、落ち着いた空間に、集中できる半個室や、オンライン会議が可能なオープン席などを揃える。
荒川区ゆかりの作家の書籍や、ビジネス・金融・地域情報に関する雑誌などを自由に閲覧可能。カフェ席は子育て世帯にも配慮されており、学生向けプランも用意するなど、幅広い層が利用できる空間となっている。
決済面では、三井住友銀行のOliveフレキシブルペイをスマートフォンでタッチ決済すると、決済額の10%相当のVポイントが還元される特典を用意。「SHARE LOUNGE」の営業時間は8時～22時。1階のOlive LOUNGEの銀行窓口は平日10時～16時、無人受付端末は平日16時～19時、土日祝は10時～18時まで対応し、ATMは毎日朝7時から22時まで利用できる(日曜日のみ7時～21時)。所在地は東京都荒川区町屋1-1-6地下鉄千代田線町屋駅1番出口。
