今回購入したのは「山梨県産シャインマスカット大福」価格は216円（以下、すべて税込）です。
公式サイトによると、山梨県産シャインマスカットと、マスカット風味の白あんを大福生地で包んでいるのだそうです。
シャインマスカットは贅沢に1粒トッピングされていて、高級感がすごい！
手のひらサイズの大福ですが、厚みがしっかりあってボリューム感があります。
中には、白あんが隙間なくぎっしり詰まっていて、思わず見惚れてしまいました。
シャインマスカットは、とってもジューシーで噛むたびに果汁があふれ出てきます。
みずみずしくてフレッシュなうえに、甘さがギュッと詰まっていておいしいです。
白あんは、マスカットの爽やかな風味とあんこの濃厚な甘さがベストマッチ！甘酸っぱいシャインマスカットとよく合います。
口溶けなめらかで、すーっとゆっくり消えていく感じがたまりません。
生地は、厚さがしっかりあって食べ応えバツグン。コシと粘りが強いので、腹持ちもいいです。
ただ、想像していたより硬めだったので、もう少し柔らかいと嬉しいな、と思いました。
生地自体はシンプルな味わいで甘さも控えめ！白あんのおいしさを引き立ててくれます。
シャインマスカットの爽やかさが存分に堪能できて幸せ！白あんは上品な甘さでパクパク食べやすく、シャインマスカットと一緒に食べると、甘酸っぱくなってよりやみつきになります。
後味さっぱりだから、夏にぴったりの大福です！
