生活保護申請件数 6月は直近10年の同月比で2番目の多さ
ことし6月の生活保護の申請件数は全国で2万897件で、前の年の同じ月と比べると4％増え、直近10年の同じ月では2番目に多くなっています。
厚生労働省によりますと、ことし6月に申請された生活保護の件数は、全国で2万897件で、前の年の同じ月と比べて797件、率にして4％増えました。
生活保護の申請は前の年の同じ月と比べると、3か月ぶりに増加し、直近10年の同じ月では2番目に多いということです。
また、生活保護の受給をことし6月に新たに始めたのは1万8022世帯で、前の年の同じ月と比べて410世帯、率にして2.3％増えました。
生活保護を受給している世帯は全国で164万5202世帯と前の年の同じ月と比べて5443世帯、率にして0.3％減少しています。
厚生労働省は「申請件数が前の年の同じ月と比べて3か月ぶりに増加したが、毎月の増減には幅があるので、引き続き、動向を注視していきたい。生活保護が必要な方に速やかに保護が決定されるよう取り組んでいきたい」とコメントしています。
