日本生命社員 出向先から内部情報を無断で持ち出し 計604件
日本生命の社員が出向先の三菱UFJ銀行から保険の販売に関連する内部情報を無断で持ち出していた問題で、会社は12日、これまでの調査の結果を公表しました。
2019年5月からことし2月までのおよそ6年間で、銀行をはじめとする7つの出向先から保険の販売方針などの内部情報あわせて604件を持ち出し、社内の役職員と共有していたということです。
会社は「不正競争防止法の営業秘密保護の趣旨に照らして適切ではなかったものと考えている」としています。
