ZOZO、マッチングアプリ参入 好みの雰囲気で選ぶ「ZOZOマッチ」
ファッションEC 「ZOZOTOWN」を運営すZOZOは、マッチングアプリ「ZOZOマッチ(ゾゾマッチ)」を、6月30日から開始し、iOS/Androidアプリを公開した。

ZOZOマッチは、ファッションジャンル診断などの情報をもとに、ZOZO独自のAIが「好みの雰囲気」の相手を紹介するマッチングアプリ。
登録時に年齢や性別などの基本情報に加え、複数のコーディネート画像の中から好みのファッションを選択することで、ZOZO独自のAIが「好みの雰囲気」の相手を導き出す。さらに、プロフィールに登録された全身写真からユーザー自身の雰囲気も分析することで、一人ひとりにおすすめの相手を紹介するという。
ZOZOによるZ世代調査では、回答者全体の97.5％が「相手が自分の恋愛対象かどうかを、ファッションを含む『全身の雰囲気』から直感で判断することがある」と回答。「全身の雰囲気から感じ取る印象は出会いにおいて重要な要素」とし、全身の雰囲気を重視した直感的な出会いのためのアプリとして「ZOZOマッチ」を開始する。
なお、ZOZOマッチには相手を検索する機能はなく、診断結果と年齢や性別などの基本情報をもとに、ZOZOマッチ独自のAIが好みに添ったおすすめの相手を毎日紹介する仕組み。気になった相手には、メッセージ付きの「いいね！」を送ることで、スムーズに会話のきっかけをつくれる。
1日に紹介する相手は最大10名で、1日に送れる「いいね!」は3回まで。「プレミアムオプション」を利用すると、紹介相手が20名、いいね数が6回まで拡張される
ZOZOのアンケートでは、出会いにおいてファッションを重視している人も多い。ZOZOでは、パーソナルスタイリングサービス「niaulab by ZOZO」や、好みのジャンル傾向を診断するファッションジャンル診断をファッションコーディネートアプリ「WEAR by ZOZO」で提供している。ZOZOマッチは、これらの知見やアセットを活用し、ファッションとテクノロジーの力で出会いを生み出すという。
また、出会いによりファッションへの意識が高まることで、より多くの人がファッションを楽しむ機会の創出を目指し、「ファッションを『買う』ならZOZO」から「ファッションの『こと』ならZOZO」を目指すという。
ZOZOマッチの対象ユーザーは18歳以上で、独身者のみ。登録にはZOZO IDが必要となる。
