サラダバーや食べ放題のメニューも人気のファミリーレストランです。

今回レビューするのは「4種のチーズソースの手ごねハンバーグ」です。価格は1045円（以下、すべて税込）。
店内で一つひとつ手作りした「手ごねハンバーグ」にチーズをかけ、ポテトなどの副菜を添えたメニュー。
チーズソースは、モントレージャック・ペッパージャック・チェダーチーズ・ブルーチーズの4種類のチーズが使用されています。
ハンバーグは150gで、女性のこぶしより少し大きなサイズに成形されていました。
ソースは、デミグラスソース・たまねぎソース・ステーキソース・ガーリックソースから選べます。筆者はデミグラスソースをチョイス。
チーズがハンバーグを覆い尽くし、横に流れ落ちるほどたっぷりとかけられています！
運ばれてきた鉄板の上でジュウジュウと熱され、見た目のインパクトがすごいです。
デミグラスソースをかける前にチーズソースをひとくち食べてみると、濃厚さにびっくり。
塩味とコクが効いたドロッと濃いチーズが、旨みが詰まったハンバーグを包みこみます。
ハンバーグは、お箸でも簡単に切れそうなほど、ふっくら柔らか。
肉汁がたっぷり溢れてくるようなタイプではないものの、ジューシー感はしっかり味わえますよ。
デミグラスソースは酸味と甘味のあるオーソドックスな味。深みのあるソースが、まろやかなチーズソースと相性ばっちりです。
ハンバーグはミンチが粗めで、このワイルドな粗挽き感が良い！
合挽き肉なので、牛肉の旨みやコク深さと、豚肉のこってりジューシー感があります。
ハンバーグの下にはスライスされた玉ねぎが敷かれていて、一緒に食べると甘みが足されました。
表面はカリっと揚げられ、中はほっくほく。ジャガイモ本来の甘みも感じることができました。
チーズソースやデミグラスソースを付けて食べると、さらにおいしさがアップします。
ひとくちサイズのブロッコリーも添えられていて、箸休めにちょうど良いですよ。
