ヨーカドー刷新の商業施設「LICOPA 東大和」テラス棟完成 秋オープン
ヒューリックは、商業施設「LICOPA 東大和」の第二期として新築したテラス棟が完成したと発表した。全11店舗を秋から順次オープンし、26年春までに全店舗オープン予定。

LICOPA 東大和は、地域の生活拠点としての役割を担ってきた「イトーヨーカドー東大和店」の既存建物をリニューアルした「メゾン棟」、独立立体駐車場を解体して新設した「テラス棟」で構成される地域密着型商業施設。テラス棟の開業をもってグランドオープンとなる。なおイトーヨーカドーは、メゾン棟に出店している。
デザインコンセプトはメゾン棟と統一した、「『行く』よりも『住む』が似合う、みんなの家」。「繋がり」を重視し、いつも居たくなる居心地の良い空間を目指している。
テラス棟の南側に「はらぱ(HARAPA)」、メゾン棟とテラス棟の間に「にわぱ(NIWAPA)」の2つの広場を配置。2つの広場を核に緑豊かな外部環境との繋がりを意識したランドスケープデザインや接続ブリッジによってメゾン棟と繋がり、相互回遊性を持った建物配置計画とした。外部開放廊下からダイレクトにアクセスし、路面店感覚で店舗利用できる設計も特徴としている。
9月26日にスターバックスコーヒーがオープン。11月にペットの専門店コジマ、中華食堂 日高屋、ピラティスKなどがオープン。クリニックや調剤薬局なども入居する。
所在地は東京都東大和市桜が丘2丁目142-1、アクセスは西武拝島線 玉川上水駅から徒歩11分、多摩都市モノレール線 桜街道駅から徒歩9分。
テラス棟の規模は2階建て、敷地面積5,549m2、延床面積3,245m2、店舗面積2,805m2。
