東京都 地下空間の浸水対策 ガイドラインを17年ぶりに改訂
激甚化する豪雨災害に備えて地下空間の浸水対策を進めようと、東京都は地下施設の管理者などの対応指針となるガイドラインを17年ぶりに改訂し、AIなどの最新技術を活用した防災計画の策定を求めています。
去年8月、大雨で地下鉄の麻布十番駅を含む4つの駅で浸水し、エレベーターが故障するなど、地下空間での被害が相次いでいて浸水対策が求められています。
こうした状況を受けて、都は、大規模ビルや地下室があるマンションの管理者、それに、地下鉄の運営会社などの対応指針となるガイドラインを17年ぶりに改訂しました。
このなかでは、施設の設計図や浸水実績のデータをAIを使って分析し、より実態に即した避難計画を策定するなど、最新技術を活用した防災計画の策定を求めています。
また、発生の予測が難しい局地的な大雨に備えて、迅速に行動を開始できるようなタイムラインの策定を促しています。
東京都は改訂したガイドラインをもとに施設の管理者などと連携し、地下空間の浸水対策を進めていきたいとしています。
