「北海道ビル」跡地に都市型カルチャーファーム「凹場anaBa」 三菱地所
三菱地所が所有する「北海道ビル」跡地に、「農とアート」をテーマにした都市型カルチャーファーム「SAPPORO CULTURE FARM/凹場anaBa」が9月13日に開業する。

札幌市や道内外の企業等と協業した公民連携のモデルプロジェクト。三菱地所が所有する北海道ビル跡地をSAPPORO PLACEMAKING LABOおよびNoMaps実行委員会に場所提供し、新ビル着工までの期間、両者が共催する仮設型複合拠点として展開する。三菱地所は特別協力の立場で連携する。場所は札幌駅前通沿いで、住所は北海道札幌市中央区北2条西4丁目1番地。
札幌都心の“凹(あな)”を、「農とアート」をテーマにした都市型カルチャーファームにするというコンセプトで、公民連携の実証フィールドとして活用。都市農園、地産食体験、文化・アート展示、多目的ステージ、休憩ゾーンといった体験・機能を提供する。それぞれの具体的な取り組みは以下の通り。
・都市農園ゾーン：コンテナ栽培/参加型コミュニティ菜園(予定)
・地産食体験：北海道産食材の軽食販売・キッチンカー、飲食イベント等
・文化・アート展示：ウォールペイント等
・多目的ステージ：季節イベント、観光プロモーション、音楽ライブ等
・休憩ゾーン：芝生広場、フォトスポット等
