三井住友銀行 29日のシステム障害で30日付けの決済処理が遅延

三井住友銀行は、29日に発生したシステム障害の影響で、30日付けで受け付けた振り込みや企業間の決済の処理が追いつかず、一部は30日中に処理できない可能性があると明らかにしました。

三井住友銀行では29日、関西地方を中心に合わせて47か所のATMが利用できなくなるなどのシステム障害が発生し、およそ22時間たった29日午後11時すぎに復旧しました。

銀行によりますとシステム障害が起きている間に受け付けた手続きの処理に加え、30日は月末で振り込みの依頼や企業間の決済が集中したたため処理が追いつかず、遅れが出ているということです。

「4月30日付け」で受け付けた手続きの一部が30日中に処理できない可能性があるということで、銀行では遅れそうな手続きの明細や件数を調査しています。

処理が遅れている取り引きについて、銀行は5月1日のうちに「4月30日付け」として処理するよう対応するとしています。
