北～西日本 広い範囲で大気非常に不安定 激しい雨のおそれ
前線や低気圧などの影響で、北日本から西日本にかけての広い範囲で大気の状態が非常に不安定になり局地的に雨が強まっています。このあとも局地的に激しい雨が降るおそれがあり土砂災害などに十分注意してください。
気象庁によりますと、前線や低気圧などの影響で、北日本から西日本にかけての広い範囲で大気の状態が非常に不安定になり、石川県輪島市の三井では、29日午前2時40分すぎまでの1時間に73.5ミリ、山口市では、午前4時10分までの1時間に53.5ミリの非常に激しい雨を観測しました。
この時間は秋田県や新潟県、山口県などで雨が強まっています。
大気の非常に不安定な状態は29日夜はじめにかけて続く見込みで、局地的に雷を伴って激しい雨が降るおそれがあり、土砂災害や低い土地の浸水、川の増水に十分注意が必要です。
また、落雷や竜巻などの激しい突風、ひょうに注意してください。
石川 能登町 “冠水で車動けず” 男性2人救助
消防によりますと29日午前4時前、石川県能登町柿生の国道で「道路が冠水して車が動けなくなった」と通報がありました。
車に乗っていた男性2人はおよそ1時間後に救助され、いずれもけがはないということです。
熱中症にも注意を
一方、東日本と西日本の太平洋側を中心に気温が上がる見込みで、日中の最高気温は、宮崎市で34度、さいたま市や鹿児島市で33度、東京の都心や前橋市、静岡市で32度などと、30度以上の真夏日が予想され、季節外れの暑さとなる見込みです。
こまめに水分を補給しエアコンを適切に使うなど熱中症に注意してください。
