中国 李強首相 国連総会で演説 米念頭に国連重視をアピール
アメリカのトランプ大統領が国連に批判的な姿勢をとるなか、中国の李強首相が国連総会で演説し、気候変動対策や、途上国支援の新たな枠組みの設立を強調して、国連を重視する姿勢をアピールしました。
中国の李強首相は、ニューヨークの国連本部で26日、一般討論演説を行いました。
この中で李首相は「一国主義や冷戦思考が再び台頭していて、国際的なルールと秩序が深刻な打撃を受けている」と述べ、アメリカのトランプ政権を暗に批判しました。
そのうえで、気候変動対策について「人類が直面する重大な挑戦だ」と述べ、国際的な枠組み「パリ協定」を履行していく姿勢を示しました。
さらに「中国は各国とともに国連の地位と権威を守り途上国の発言権の向上を呼びかける」と述べ、中国が国連と協力して途上国支援の新たな枠組みを設立する方針を示しました。
トランプ大統領は国連総会で行った演説で気候変動対策を「最大の詐欺行為だ」と主張し、国連批判を展開していて、中国としては国連を重視する姿勢をアピールして、国際的な影響力の拡大につなげるねらいもあるとみられます。
