東急不動産、多拠点居住サービス「あちこちすみか」
東急不動産はUnitoと連携し、東急不動産の賃貸レジデンス「COMFORIA(コンフォリア)」シリーズの居住者を対象に、多拠点居住サービス「あちこちすみか by COMFORIA」を10月9日に開始する。対象者は、首都圏と関西にあるコンフォリアに設定された民泊区画に、1泊7,700円で宿泊できる。

「ひとつの住まい」に縛られない暮らし方を、コンフォリア居住者に提供するサービス。26年9月30日までの約1年間プレサービスとして提供し、需要動向を見ながら本格展開を目指す。10月から首都圏にある3物件・6部屋を対象に開始し、12月から関西エリアの1物件・2部屋を追加する予定。
好きなエリアと日時で、1泊でも長期滞在でも利用可能。長期出張の仮住まい、受験・転勤・進学など新しい生活地での「お試し住まい」、家族や友人のゲストルームとしての利用、ワーケーション・リモートワークの拠点などの用途を想定している。予約は最大3カ月前から受け付ける。
対象物件は、10月開始が「コンフォリア竹ノ塚ウエスト」(1部屋)、「コンフォリア新中野」(3部屋)、「コンフォリア・リヴ新板橋」(2部屋)、12月開始予定が「コンフォリア・リヴ大阪本町」(2部屋)。ラインアップは順次拡大・更新予定。
対象者は、コンフォリア竹ノ塚ウエスト/新中野/リヴ新板橋/芝浦MOKU/西荻窪/リヴ大阪本町/新大阪宮原Qに、8月末時点で契約済みの人。
サービス提供の背景として、昨今のホテル宿泊料金の高騰で、気軽に滞在できる場が減少していることを挙げる。また、従来型のホテルや定住とは異なる、柔軟で多様な「多拠点生活」へのニーズが高まっているという。こういった状況やニーズを踏まえ、賃貸マンションの空室区画を活用し、リーズナブルな価格で多拠点を行き来できる「あちこちすみか」を提供する。
