岐阜 飛騨 地元産コシヒカリ争奪のサッカー大会
地元産のコシヒカリを賞品にして中学生以下のチームが争うサッカー大会が、岐阜県飛騨市で開かれ、子どもたちが熱戦を繰り広げました。
この大会は14才以下でつくる東海・北陸地域のサッカーチームを対象に毎年開かれていて、ことしは16チームのおよそ380人が参加しました。
飛騨市のサッカー場では15日までの2日間にわたって試合が行われ、子どもたちが懸命にボールを追いかけ、熱戦を繰り広げました。
大会では飛騨地方の食の体験も目的にしていて、お昼休みには地元のコメを炊いた弁当や、みたらしだんごがふるまわれ、子どもたちがおいしそうにほおばっていました。
優勝した名古屋市のチームには飛騨産のコシヒカリ60キロなどが贈られ、子どもたちはコメが入った袋を重そうに抱えながら、笑顔を見せていました。
優勝したチームのキャプテンの男子中学生は「すばらしいピッチで戦い、勝つことができてよかった。いただいたお米はチームで分けます」と話していました。
主催した飛騨市観光協会の渡邉隆会長は「飛騨のお米はおいしいという声が聞けてよかった。この中から日本代表になるような選手が出てくれたらうれしい」と話していました。
