【ファミマ】想像以上のウマさに感動！香辛料たっぷりの『ひき肉ごろごろカレー』あっという間に完食してしまいました《実食レビュー》
お店のような本格的な味わいのスイーツや、ボリューム満点のお弁当などを取り揃えているファミリーマート。

今回購入したのは「焙煎香辛料の香りきわだつ スパイシーキーマカレー」。価格は358円（以下、すべて税込）です。
公式サイトによると「焙煎香辛料とカルダモンシードが決め手」とのこと。
箱の説明をよく見てみると、香辛料はカルダモンシード、クミン、ブラックペッパー、マスタードシードなどが使われているそうです。
電子レンジ500Wで約1分10秒ほどあたためます。箱を開けて、中身を出さずにそのままレンジに入れるだけなので楽ちんです。
ルーをお皿にうつすと、スパイシーな香りが漂ってきて食欲をそそられます。
ルーはピリ辛さが絶妙！香辛料が効いたエスニックな辛味が口いっぱいに広がっていきます。
辛さを度合いであらわすと強めの「中辛」くらい。水を飲むほどではない、心地よいピリッと感がやみつきになりますよ。
ひよこ豆やひき肉などの具材がルーに入っています。ごろごろしていて食べ応えばつぐん。
個人的にはひき肉よりも、ひよこ豆の噛むとほろりとくずれていく食感の方がきわ立っているなと感じました。
印象的だったのはカルダモンシード。噛むとカリッと弾けて、スパイシーな香りが鼻から抜けていくのがアクセントになっています。
はじめての味わいでしたがけっこう気に入ったので、おうちのカレーにも使ってみたいなと思いました。
今回ご飯はパッケージ写真のように、ターメリックライスを合わせてみました。
相性は本当にばつぐんで、予想していなかったウマさに驚き。ひと手間かかりますが、想像以上のおいしさなのでぜひ試してみて欲しいです。
ターメリックライスは、レンチンで溶かしたバター（5gほど）とターメリックパウダー（小さじ1ほど）を、炊いた白ご飯と混ぜ合わせたら完成。塩で味を調節します。
パウダーなどを混ぜてからご飯を炊いた方がおいしいのかもしれませんが、こちらの方法は食べたい量を調節できるし、お手軽でいいなと思いました。
