宮城 多賀城 火事で住宅1棟が全焼 2人が遺体で見つかる
14日未明、宮城県多賀城市で住宅1棟が全焼する火事があり、焼け跡から2人が遺体で見つかりました。火事のあと、この住宅に住む2人と連絡が取れなくなっているということで、警察が身元の確認を進めるとともに火事の原因を調べています。
14日午前3時ごろ、宮城県多賀城市下馬の菊地稔さんの住宅が燃えていると近くに住む人から消防に通報がありました。
消防車など9台が出て消火活動にあたり火はおよそ1時間後に消し止められましたが、木造2階建ての住宅1棟が全焼し、焼け跡から2人が遺体で見つかりました。
警察によりますとこの住宅には5人が暮らしていて、このうち3人は逃げて無事でしたが、火事のあと菊地さんの70代の妻と40代の女性のあわせて2人と連絡が取れなくなっているということで、警察は亡くなったのはこの2人とみて身元の確認を進めるとともに火事の原因を調べています。
現場は、JR仙石線の下馬駅から南東に400メートルほど離れた住宅街です。
