Rakuten NFT、「みんなのチケット」に刷新 ブロックチェーンでチケットリセール
楽天グループは、ユーザー向けNFTマーケットプレイス「Rakuten NFT」を、ブロックチェーン技術を活用したチケットリセールプラットフォーム「みんなのチケット」として刷新した。
「みんなのチケット」は、ブロックチェーン技術を活用したデジタルチケット「NFTチケット」により、チケットの1次販売から2次流通まですべての取引がオンライン上で完結するチケットリセールプラットフォーム。「NFTチケット」の2次流通における出品価格は、基本的に出品者が自由に価格を設定できる。
NFTは、ブロックチェーン技術によりすべての取引履歴を透明かつ改ざん不可能な形で記録することが可能なため、偽造や不正転売への対策に優れる。急な予定変更によって不要となった場合や、欲しいイベントのチケット購入を安全に行なえる。
2次流通が行なわれた際は主催者や関係者にロイヤリティーが還元される仕組みも導入している。
前身である「Rakuten NFT」は、2022年にNFTマーケットプレイスおよび販売プラットフォームとしてサービスを開始。2024年に「NFTチケット」機能の提供を開始した。これまでは、プロ野球「東北楽天ゴールデンイーグルス」およびサッカー・明治安田J1リーグ「ヴィッセル神戸」の公式チケットリセールに「NFTチケット」を導入するなど、「楽天エコシステム(経済圏)」と連携した取り組みを中心に展開している。
楽天は、「NFTチケット」の販売に注力するため従来の「Rakuten NFT」を「みんなのチケット」として刷新。今後は、「楽天エコシステム」だけでなく、スポーツや音楽などエンタメ全般にわたる「NFTチケット」販売へと提供領域を拡大する予定。
