【動画】秋田 桜の名所 太平川の桜並木 消えた“絶景”

秋田市を流れる太平川の桜並木は、川の流れと桜の組み合わせが見事で、毎年たくさんの人が花見に訪れていました。
ところが、ことしからこの風景が見られなくなってしまいました。

いったいどうして見られなくなってしまったのか?
