上皇さま 検査入院へ 心筋虚血の可能性 宮内庁
宮内庁は、91歳の上皇さまについて、定期検診や再検査の結果、心筋虚血の可能性が高いと診断され6日、東京都内の病院に検査入院されると発表しました。
宮内庁によりますと、上皇さまは、先月中旬に宮内庁病院で定期検診を受けられたところ、冠動脈から心臓の筋肉への血流が不十分になる「心筋虚血」が疑われる所見が見られました。
再検査の結果、4日、心筋虚血の可能性が高いと診断されたことから、さらに詳しい検査を受けるため6日、東京 文京区の東京大学医学部附属病院に入院されるということです。
上皇さまは2012年、78歳の時に、狭心症と診断され、心臓の冠動脈のバイパス手術を受けられました。
また、3年前の7月には、一時的に強い脳貧血の症状が出て、MRI検査の結果心臓の右心室と右心房をつなぐ弁が閉じにくくなる三尖弁閉鎖不全による右心の心不全と診断され、薬の服用や水分の摂取制限といった内科的治療を続けられていました。
今回の検査入院に伴って、今月8日から予定されていた葉山御用邸での静養は延期されるということです。
