新型トヨタ ランドクルーザー250の商用バージョンが出た!!! ただし価格は1000万円超!?

6月23日、トヨタのイギリス法人は、新型「ランドクルーザー250」の商用バージョンを発表した。
新型ランドクルーザー250は、「ランドクルーザープラド」のフルモデルチェンジモデルだ。日本ではランドクルーザー250の名前だが、イギリス市場を含む一部地域ではランドクルーザーのみの名前で販売されている。
今回発表された新型ランドクルーザー250の商用バージョンは、「トヨタ プロフェッショナル シリーズ」のフラッグシップモデル」。パッと見たところ乗用モデルとの違いが分かりにくい。足まわりには、18インチのアルミホイールを履く。ボディ形状は5ドア・ロングホイールベースのみだ。
インテリアは、リヤシートを撤去。結果、荷室は高さ1090mm、長さ1685mm、最大幅1286mmを実現。容量（VDA計測）は最大2000Lに達する。リヤウインドウには遮光性を高めるべく、スチールパネルが装着された。
快適装備は豊富で、電動調整式のドライバーズシート、ステアリングヒーター、パワーバックドア（開閉式ウィンドウハッチ付き）、自動防眩ルームミラー、電動パーキングブレーキ、オートデュアルゾーンエアコン、9インチタッチスクリーン（Apple CarPlay＆Android Auto対応）などを搭載する。
パワートレインは、2.8リッター4気筒ディーゼルターボエンジンに8速オートマチックトランスミッションを組み合わせる。今後、48Vマイルドハイブリッドシステムにアップデートされるそうだ。
駆動方式はフルタイム4WDで、走行状況に合わせて選択可能なドライブモードも搭載。悪路走破性を高めるクロールコントロール、ヒルスタートアシストコントロール、ダウンヒルアシストコントロールなども採用した。
新型ランドクルーザー250の商用バージョンは、イギリス市場価格で£51,729.17。日本円で約1026万円！ 日本導入は不明だ。
