有明に複合型エンタメ施設「東京ドリームパーク」 26年3月開業
テレビ朝日が有明南地区において建設を進めている複合型エンタテインメント施設「TOKYO DREAM PARK(東京ドリームパーク)」が、2026年3月27日に開業する。規模は地上9階・地下1階で、多目的ホール、劇場、イベントスペース、屋上広場、レストランなどを備える。

所在地は東京都江東区有明三丁目1番9、アクセスはゆりかもめ 東京ビッグサイト駅から徒歩約5分、りんかい線 国際展示場駅から徒歩約9分。テレビ朝日の自社IPを活用したリアルイベントを展開できる新たなプラットフォームを目指し、敷地面積12,900m2の土地に整備した。建築面積は約10,300m2、延床面積は約46,500m2。
1階には音楽ライブを開催できる多目的ホール、3階にはホールと背中合わせに位置する劇場を設置。6階には約200席のレストランと眺望を楽しめる屋上広場、7階・8階にはそれぞれイベントスペースを備える。
多目的ホール「SGC HALL ARIAKE(SGCホール有明)」は、多くの音楽番組やイベントを手掛けてきたテレビ朝日のノウハウを結集したという。席数は3,700席で、スタンディング時には最大5,000人を収容可能。イマーシブオーディオシステムをはじめとする最新鋭の機器を導入し、迫力ある音楽体験を提供するとしている。
劇場「EX THEATER ARIAKE(EXシアター有明)」は1階席から3階席まで最大1,546席で、演劇、ミュージカルでの利用を想定。さまざまな演出プランに対応できる舞台構造、セリフと歌詞が聞き取りやすい音響設計を特徴としている。各階のホワイエは全面ガラス張りで、自然光が差し込む明るく開放的な空間とした。
こけら落とし公演は、大橋和也(なにわ男子)、寺西拓人(timelesz)が主演、テレビ朝日等が主催の「AmberS -アンバース」で、開幕は26年4月。27年3月までをオープニングイヤーと位置づけ、劇団☆新感線の公演などを予定している。
イベントスペースは「EX STUDIO(EXスタジオ)7/8」の2つを備えるほか、生中継やライブ配信対応のEXスタジオ6を設ける。
EXスタジオ7の面積は約870m2で、イベントや展示会等での利用を想定。開業後、「100%ドラえもん&フレンズ in 東京」を開催する。香港・上海・バンコク・台北などで実施してきたイベントの日本初上陸となる。全長12mのドラえもんの巨大バルーン、ユニークなビジュアルを含む100体を超えるドラえもんなどを展開する。
EXスタジオ8の面積は約1,200m2、天井高は8m。映像・音響機器を備え、テクノロジーとエンタテインメントの融合を象徴する催事を展開できるとしている。開業時期は26年初夏で、没入型デジタルアートシアター「RÊVE DES LUMIÈRES(レーヴ・デ・リュミエール)」が決定している。「アトリエ・デ・リュミエール」の日本初上陸となり、100台以上のプロジェクターと最高の音響で世界の名画を堪能できるという。上映第1弾は「ゴッホ」。
屋上広場「DREAM TERRACE」ではシーズン毎のイベント等を開催。6階のレストランに隣接する。
オープニングアンバサダーに、サンドウィッチマン、高嶋ちさ子さんが就任。テレビ朝日の番組では、サンドウィッチマンは「帰れマンデー見っけ隊!!」「10万円でできるかな」「サンドウィッチマン&芦田愛菜の博士ちゃん」、高嶋ちさ子さんは「ザワつく!金曜日」「プラチナファミリー」に出演している。
