防犯の専門家に聞く マンション帰宅時の “注意ポイント”
神戸市のマンションで24歳の女性が殺害された事件で逮捕された容疑者は、オートロックのドアを開けてマンションのエントランスに入った被害者の女性に続いてドアが閉まる前に入り、エレベーターの中で襲ったとみられています。
マンションに帰宅する際などに注意が必要なポイントを防犯に詳しい専門家に聞きました。

エントランス オートロックでも気をつけるべき点
まずはエントランスです。
オートロックなどの防犯設備は有効ですが、気をつけるべき点があるといいます。
協力していただいたのは大阪府警の元警察官で、総合防犯設備士の大室美智子さんです。
「オートロックも、やはり盲点があり絶対はないので、安心しきらないでいただきたい」とのこと。
注意すべきポイントについて、NHKの建物をマンションに見立てて聞きまました。
特に注意が必要 “共連れ”
特に注意が必要なのが住人ではない人が一緒に入ってきてしまう“共連れ”と呼ばれる行為です。
スマホなどに夢中になっていると危険性が高まるといいます。
これを防ぐための行動があります。
「時々振り返っていただき、それを習慣づけていただけたらどうかなと思います。この人注意してるなということでけん制にもつながる」
もし、怪しい人がいる場合は電話をするふりなどをしてカギを開けずに離れることが有効です。
エレベーターには一緒に乗らない
そしてエレベーターです。
前提として、密室状態では2人きりにならないのがいちばんだといいます。
「先にどうぞぐらいな感じで行かせてしまうのがいいです。一緒に乗らないことです」。
それでも乗り合わせてしまったらどのようにしたらいいでしょうか。
「こちらの操作盤には非常用の押しボタンがついてますので、このボタンがついているところに立って、相手の方に背を向けないようにしてください。様子をうかがいながら操作盤の前に立って行き先を押していただく」
また、いざという時は慌てて非常用ボタンを押せないこともあるので、とにかく押せるボタンをすべて押して、少しでも早く降りられるよう心構えを持つことが大事です。
「自分だけは大丈夫と思わない。防犯に100％はありません。関心を持って注意していただくことが大切です」
このほかにも気をつけるべき、ポイントをまとめました。
ポイント1 住んでいる所を特定されない
まずは帰り道です。
同じ時間帯に同じ道で帰るとか、行動パターンがいつも同じだと狙われやすくなります。
違う道から帰ったり時間を変えたりしましょう。
その場合、できるだけ人通りの多い道を選び、コンビニや交番などいざというときに逃げ込める場所を確認しておくことも大切です。
時々振り返って注意している様子を見せることも効果があります。
イヤホンを着けてスマホを見ながら歩くと、周りが聞こえないし見えないのでやめましょう。
住まいでも注意すべきポイントがあります。
ポイント2 生活実態を悟られない
洗濯物を外に干す場合、女性ものばかりだと1人暮らしあるいは女性だけしか暮らしていないことがわかってしまいます。
できるだけ外に干すのは控えましょう。
また、メールコーナーでは部屋番号がわかってしまうので、知らない人がいる場合は取り出すのを避けるようにしましょう。
被害を防ぐために日頃から自分だけは大丈夫と思わず、続けてほしいとアドバイスしていました。
