約 4 割が代替ソリューションへの移行を「進行中 / 検討中」～ Broadcom による VMware 買収とライセンス改定
ジェイズ・コミュニケーション株式会社は9月24日、「金融機関のセキュリティ移行」に関する実態調査の結果を発表した。

同調査は5月1日から5月15日に、従業員数300名以上の金融機関の情報システム・セキュリティ部門責任者・担当者102名を対象に金融機関のセキュリティ移行に関する実態について調査した結果をまとめたもの。
同調査で、BroadcomによるVMwareの買収とライセンス改定を受けて、今後のVDI（仮想デスクトップ）戦略をどのように見直しているか尋ねたところ、約4割が代替ソリューションへの移行を「進行中/検討中」であることが判明した。
また、VDIの代替または補完としてセキュアブラウザ技術の導入に関心はあるか尋ねたところ、約8割がVDIの代替や補完手段として導入に「関心あり」と回答している。
今後2年間で優先的に投資を検討しているセキュリティ対策を尋ねたところ、「クラウドセキュリティの強化」が46.1％で最多となり、「セキュリティ監視/分析能力の向上」が34.1％、「多要素認証の導入/強化」が32.4％で続いた。なお、「セキュアブラウザ/ブラウザ分離の導入」は17.6％であった。
