東北南部と関東北部で記録的な大雨 災害の危険迫る 厳重警戒を
上空の寒気などの影響で、東北から近畿にかけて大気の状態が非常に不安定になっていて、東北南部と関東北部では猛烈な雨が降ったとみられ、「記録的短時間大雨情報」が発表されました。
各地で雨が強まっていて、気象庁は土砂災害や低い土地の浸水、急な川の増水などに厳重に警戒するよう呼びかけています。
気象庁によりますと、上空の寒気や高気圧の縁をまわって流れ込む暖かく湿った空気などの影響で東北から近畿にかけて午前中から大気の状態が非常に不安定になっていて、局地的に雨雲が発達しています。
昼すぎから夕方にかけていずれもレーダーによる解析で
▽群馬県片品村南部付近と
▽山形県上山市付近、
▽福島県の▼平田村付近と▼小野町付近、
▽栃木県の▼大田原市付近と▼那珂川町付近では、
およそ100ミリから120ミリの猛烈な雨が降ったとみられ、
「記録的短時間大雨情報」が発表されました。
これまでの雨で、福島県と栃木県では土砂災害の危険性が非常に高くなり、土砂災害警戒情報が発表されている地域があります。
大気の非常に不安定な状態は、3日にかけて続き、東日本や北日本では2日夜遅くにかけて局地的に雷を伴って非常に激しい雨が降るおそれがあります。
気象庁は土砂災害や低い土地の浸水、急な川の増水に厳重に警戒するとともに、落雷や竜巻などの激しい突風、ひょうに注意するよう呼びかけています。
周囲が急に暗くなったり、冷たい風が吹いたりするなど発達した積乱雲が近づく兆しがある場合は、すぐに頑丈な建物の中に移動するなど、安全確保に努めて下さい。
