「Canva AI」が日本語対応 会話でデザイン生成が可能
Canvaは、4月に発表した生成AIによる会話型クリエイティブ機能「Canva AI」のグローバル展開を発表した。新たに日本語を含む16の言語に対応し、合計で31の言語・地域設定において、ユーザーが母国語で自然にプロンプトを入力し、デザインの生成や編集を行なえるようになった。

Canva AIは、ユーザーが作成したい内容をテキストまたは音声で伝えるだけで、ブレインストーミングやキャンペーン企画、資料のデザインを行なえる機能。
これまで英語のみの対応だったが、新たに、日本語、アラビア語、中国語、オランダ語、フランス語、ドイツ語、ヒンディー語、インドネシア語、イタリア語、韓国語、ポーランド語、ポルトガル語、スペイン語、タイ語、トルコ語、ベトナム語の16言語で利用可能となった。生成されるコンテンツも各地域の慣習にあわせて出力される。
Canvaは、各国に合うようローカライズされた製品とコンテンツを提供するという戦略を掲げており、Canva AIは異なる地域や言語特有の文化的背景、デザインの好み、コミュニケーションの取り方を理解し、アウトプットに活用できるとしている。
