プロ野球 巨人 岡本和真が左ひじのけがで離脱
プロ野球、巨人の不動の4番、岡本和真選手が6日夜の阪神戦で守備の際に左ひじを負傷し、チームを離脱することになりました。阿部監督は「長期離脱になりかねない」と話しています。
岡本選手は6日夜、東京ドームで行われた阪神戦に4番ファーストで出場し1回表の守りで、送りバントを処理したサードの浦田俊輔選手の送球を受ける際、一塁に駆け込んだバッターランナーと交錯し、その場に倒れ込みました。
球場が騒然となる中、岡本選手は、左腕を押さえながら痛みを隠せない様子で、ベンチに下がり、そのまま交代しました。
球団によりますと、岡本選手は試合中に都内の病院に向かい、検査を受けた結果、「左ひじの筋損傷」と診断されたということで、今後は1軍の出場選手登録を抹消し、リハビリを行っていくということです。
球団は、復帰の時期について明らかにしていませんが、試合後、阿部監督は「長期離脱になりかねない。時間はかかるだろうという診断だったみたいだ」と話しました。
岡本選手は今シーズン、打率3割8厘、ホームラン8本、25打点と、いずれもリーグ3位以内の成績を残していて、不動の4番として首位を争うチームを引っ張ってきました。
リーグ連覇と13年ぶりの日本一を目指す巨人にとって岡本選手の離脱は大きな痛手で、本人は広報を通じて「1日でも早く戻れるように頑張ります」とコメントしています。
