グランドセイコー、超高精度モデルに紫の限定モデル
セイコーウオッチは、「グランドセイコー」の新作として、「スプリングドライブ U.F.A.限定モデル」(SLGB005)を11月8日に発売する。スプリングドライブの腕時計で、価格は146万3,000円。数量は世界限定1,300本、うち国内700本。

年差±20秒という高精度の「スプリングドライブ U.F.A.」を搭載した限定モデル。グランドセイコーからは、スプリングドライブ U.F.A.搭載でケース・ブレスレットがブライトチタン製のレギュラーモデル「SLGB003」が6月に発売されている。今回のSLGB005は、ケース・ブレスレットの素材が耐食性を高めたエバーブリリアントスチール製になっている。
ダイヤルのテーマ「樹氷」は共通で、精緻な型打模様が施されている。SLGB005は、「森が静かに目覚める夜明けの神秘的な情景」をイメージしたという、バイオレットカラーの繊細なグラデーションが特徴になっている。
スプリングドライブ U.F.A.(Ultra Fine Accuracy)と名付けられた、自動巻のスプリングドライブ・ムーブメント「キャリバー9RB2」を搭載。精度は年差±20秒、平均月差±3秒相当で、大半のクオーツ式を上回る精度を実現している。パワーリザーブは約72時間。石数は34石。
ワンプッシュ三つ折れ方式の中留は微調整機構を搭載しており、2mmずつ3段階で微調整できる。風防は内面無反射コーティングのボックス型サファイアガラス。防水性能は10気圧防水。本体サイズはケース径が37mm、厚さが11.4mm。
