セブン銀行、ご祝儀をATMで渡せる「つつむと」
セブン銀行は、テイクアンドギヴ・ニーズと共同で、結婚式に招かれたゲストがセブン銀行ATMからいつでも・どこでも新郎新婦にご祝儀を渡せる「つつむと」サービスの先行利用を開始する。利用期間は2024年4月24日～2025年3月31日。

これまでご祝儀は、現金で「手渡し」が当たり前だったが、現金の手渡しは、ゲスト側では新札やご祝儀袋の用意が、新郎新婦側ではご祝儀の集計や、式が終わるまで多額の現金を預かる必要があるなど、双方の負担が大きくなりがちな点に課題があった。
「つつむと」は、現金手渡しのあたたかい気持ちを残しつつ、セブン銀行ATMで便利さをプラスした、ご祝儀のあり方を変えるという新サービス。ゲスト側は事前準備が不要になり、新郎新婦側ではご祝儀の管理や集計の手間が省ける。
ご祝儀と一緒に簡易的なメッセージの送信や、サステナビリティへの貢献として新郎新婦が指定した募金先へ募金ができるなど、「失礼にあたらないか不安」というゲスト側の利用に対する抵抗感を軽減したという。
「つつむと」を利用可能なのは、テイクアンドギヴ・ニーズの式場で結婚式を実施する新郎新婦のみ。ゲストは2024年4月以降、セブン銀行ATMでご祝儀を入金できるようになる。新郎新婦は5月31日以降の挙式で利用可能。また、先行期間中は手数料が無料になる。
