日本生命 子会社でも出向先の内部情報持ち出し
日本生命の社員が出向先の大手銀行などから保険の販売に関する内部情報を無断で持ち出していた問題で、日本生命の子会社も13日、出向先からの内部情報の持ち出しがあったと正式に明らかにしました。情報の不適切な扱いがグループ内で常態化していた可能性もあります。
日本生命をめぐっては12日、社員13人が出向先の大手銀行などから保険の販売方針をはじめとした内部情報を、およそ6年間で600件余り無断で持ち出していたと公表し、会社が会見で陳謝しました。
グループの生命保険会社も同じような事案がなかったか調査していますが、このうち日本生命の子会社のニッセイ・ウェルス生命は13日、出向先から内部情報の持ち出しがあったと正式に明らかにしました。
件数は公表していませんが、持ち出したのは三井住友銀行やみずほ銀行がまとめた保険の販売に関する情報で、社内の会議で口頭で伝えたり要約した内容を資料にして営業部門で共有したりしていたということです。
会社は「このような行為が再び発生することのないよう、再発防止策の策定およびその徹底に努めてまいります」とコメントしています。
今回の問題を受けて日本生命は役職員の処分を検討していますが、情報の不適切な扱いがグループ内で常態化していた可能性もあります。
