「LINEで予約」で飲食・理美容DX LINEヤフー新子会社
LINEヤフーは7月1日、飲食・理美容業界を対象にDX支援を行なう新会社「LINEヤフービジネスパートナーズ」を設立した。中小規模の店舗を主な対象とし、LINEを活用した店舗運営の効率化や集客支援、顧客との関係構築を行なう。

国内のDX市場は拡大を続けており、2024年度の関連投資額は約5.27兆円、2030年度には約9.26兆円に達する見込みとされる。一方で、飲食や理美容といった業界では人材不足や導入ハードルの高さから、デジタル化が進んでいない現状がある。
こうした背景を受け、LINEヤフービジネスパートナーズでは、専門知識と経験を備えたスタッフを通じて店舗の課題解決を支援。LINE公式アカウントやミニアプリ、「LINEで予約」機能などを活用し、アナログ業務が中心の現場でも即効性のあるデジタル化を実現する。
国内で月間9,800万人が利用するLINEの基盤を活用することで、デジタル人材の確保や大規模な設備投資が難しい小規模事業者にも対応可能。すでにLINE公式アカウントの利用業種では、「美容・サロン業界」が16％で最多、「飲食業界」が6％で上位となっており、これらの業界への需要が高い。
