甲冑姿でパン食い競走も 長宗我部元親のファン集う 高知
高知県南国市で戦国大名、長宗我部元親のファンが集う催しが開かれ、地元が舞台の連続テレビ小説『あんぱん』にちなんで、甲冑（かっちゅう）姿のパン食い競走も行われました。
この催しは長宗我部元親の居城、岡豊城（おこうじょう）の跡に建てられた南国市の県立歴史民俗資料館で、毎年開かれているものです。
会場では火縄銃などの演武が披露され、「放て！」の合図でごう音が鳴り響きました。
そして、ことしは高知が舞台の連続テレビ小説『あんぱん』にちなんだパン食い競走が行われ、30人が参加しました。
出走は、甲冑を一部でも身につけることが条件で、参加者たちは本格的な鎧兜（よろいかぶと）や、紙や段ボールなどで作られた兜などを身につけ、あんパンを目がけて走っていきました。
兜があんパンをぶらさげるひもと絡まるといったハプニングもありましたが、会場からは大きな声援が送られていました。
地元の小学6年生の男の子は「思っていたより難しかったですが、イベントに参加できて最高です」と話していました。
また、香川県から来た60歳の参加者は「兜であんパンが見えづらくて大変でした。高知は坂本龍馬だけでなく元親もPRしてほしい」と話していました。
