Andoridのマイナカード搭載は26年度 新「マイナアプリ」も
デジタル庁は5日、2025年デジタル庁活動報告を開催した。スタートから4年間の取り組みや今後の「ガバメントAI」など施策のほか、マイナンバーカードやマイナポータルの改善についても説明した。Androidスマートフォンのマイナンバーカード搭載は2026年度中を予定しており、現時点では「26年秋」(浅沼 尚デジタル監)を目標としている。

マイナンバーカードのiPhone搭載「iPhoneのマイナンバーカード」は25年6月にスタートしたが、Androidについては、スマホ電子証明書には対応しているものの、氏名・生年月日など券面記載情報の証明には対応していない。26年を目途に、AndroidでもiPhone同様にマイナンバーカード機能を搭載し、マイナ保険証への対応なども進めていく。
さらに、個人向けや事業者向けの行政サービスを、いつでもどこでも対応できるよう強化していく。
新たなマイナポータルアプリ「マイナアプリ(仮称)」を26年8月を目途に公開予定で、マイナポータルの各機能のほか、本人確認などに使う「デジタル認証アプリ」の機能を統合する。これにより、マイナポータルでの行政サービス利用だけでなく、本人確認の機能も持たせていく。
また、マイナポータルアプリにAIを導入。「なにをすべきか」がすぐに分かるプッシュ型サービスの実現を目指す。なお、iPhoneのマイナンバーカードの利用者は、7月末時点で145万人。
事業者向けの行政サービスも強化。オンライン窓口を既存の「GビズID」から「Gビズポータル」に改め、25年度中にα版を提供開始予定。補助金申請、社会保険手続、各種認可申請などの業務の届出や申請などのオンライン窓口を一元化しながら、使いやすさを向上していく。
具体的には、GビズIDの属性情報に合わせて申請可能な手続を表示する「手続リコメンド」、なにをすべきか教えてくれる「手続ジャーニー」などを導入予定。
行政サービスのデジタル活用に向けた制度改革や業務改革、システム更新なども進め、「やさしい公共サービス」を目指す。
直近では、「妊娠・出生・こども分野」でのサービス向上を予定。2026年度を目処に、紙での出生証明書の受け取りや提出が不要とし、医療機関から自治体に電子的に提出する形にしていく。
26年度以降は、予診票の電子化などの予防接種事務のデジタル化を全国展開。また、電子版母子健康手帳の普及や里帰り先への母子保健情報連携による切れ目のない支援、保育所入所申請に向けた施設検索、施設見学予約のオンライン化などを進める。
その他、就労証明書をデジタルで取得・提出可能とするほか、出産後手続ガイドの更新でより詳細な手続把握を可能とする。26年度末以降は、一部の出生・子育て関連手続がオンラインで一括申請できるようになる。
