楽天マート、オートロックマンションで置き配 冷蔵・冷凍商品も可
倉庫型ネットスーパー「楽天マート」が、対象のオートロック付き集合住宅での置き配に、7月14日より対応する。置き配利用料は注文ごとに110円。7月3日から一部エリアで試験的に実施している。

対象となるのは、ライナフが提供する置き配用のエントランス解錠サービス「スマート置き配」が導入されているマンション。スマート置き配では、スマートロック「NinjaEntrance(ニンジャエントランス)」を用いて共用エントランスの鍵をデジタル化することで、認証された配達員がオートロックを解錠できるようになり、受取側があらかじめ指定した場所への配達が可能となる。
今回対象となる集合住宅は約9,000棟。ユーザーは、楽天マートで買い物の際に置き配を指定することで、玄関前などを含む指定した場所において鍵付きコンテナで商品を受け取れる。
これまで提供してきた置き配と同様に、商品を常温、冷蔵、冷凍の3つの温度帯に分けて専用の資材で届ける。
楽天マートでは3,500円(税込)以上の購入で送料無料としているが、置き配利用料は購入金額に関わらず、送料とは別途必要となる。
