Notion 3.0は「AIエージェント」 AIが業務を自律実行
Notionは、「Notion 3.0」と位置付けられる「Notion AIエージェント」を発表した。これは、Notionが5月にリリースした「Notion AI for Work」をより発展させたAIとして機能する。具体的には、AIがチームメイトとして自律的に業務を遂行できる仕組みを導入し、さまざまな外部アプリ・サービスと連携してNotion上でデータを横断し、AIがユーザーのデータを理解・整理しながらタスクをこなす。

Notion AI エージェントは、ビジネスプラン(月額3,800円)およびエンタープライズプランで利用可能。
同社はこれまで、ドキュメント・ナレッジベース機能といったNotionの柱となる「Notion 1.0」、データベースやワークフローを統合した「Notion 2.0」を展開してきた。3.0ではさらに、そこにAIによるエージェントを組み込み、ユーザーが指示するだけで、必要な情報の収集からタスク整理、レポート作成まで自動で実行できるようになった。Notion Labs Japan ジェネラルマネージャの西氏は「Notion 3.0は、人間と同じ環境で働く“チームメイト”としてのAIエージェントになる」と説明し「文脈理解・チーム設計・業務遂行の3点がエージェントの条件」と強調。
特徴的な機能のひとつに「パーソナライズ」が挙げられる。パーソナライズは、AIの見た目や会話スタイルを自由に設定でき自分だけのエージェントを作成できる。パーソナライズは見た目や会話スタイルだけに留まらず、社内や部署だけで使われている専門用語や、独自の業務手順を覚えさせることも可能。これにより、利用者ごとに最適化されたアシスタントとして活用できる。さらにSlackやGoogle Driveなど外部アプリとの連携も強化され、データを収集して自動でデータベースを生成し、担当者への割り当てまで行なえる。
このエージェントは単発の応答にとどまらず、複数のステップを自ら計画し、必要に応じて修正しながら業務を完了させる。たとえば顧客フィードバックを取り込み、分析した上で改善タスクを作成し、チームメンバーに割り当てるといった一連の作業を自動化できる。誤操作時には自律的にやり直し、結果を検証してから完了を返す仕組みも備え、企業利用に耐えうる信頼性を確保している。Notion Labs Japan ソリューションエンジニアの早川氏は「従来のAIが一問一答型だったのに対し、エージェントはゴールを理解し、必要な複数ステップを自律的に進められる」と強調した。
さらに近日、ユーザー自身が作成した業務フローを「カスタムエージェント」として保存・共有できる機能を追加予定。毎日繰り返す作業を自動化し、チーム全体で活用することで業務効率を高めることが可能。カスタムエージェントのリリース日は未定としながらも、「半年や1年というスパンよりも短い期間で展開できる」としている。また、エージェントの共有は社内といったグループ内を想定しており、これまでのテンプレート共有のように幅広い共有には現状は対応しないとしている。
このほか、データベースの列ごとの権限管理やパフォーマンス改善、オフラインモードなどの強化も実施。企業のニーズに応じた拡張性を高めている。
Notionは日本市場を米国に次ぐ主要拠点と位置付けており、利用事例も増加。特に議事録をAIで自動作成する「AIミーティングノート」は日本語利用が英語と同等の規模に達しているという。
