今回購入したのは「北海道産生乳をつかった かにクリームコロッケ」です。
価格は490円（以下、すべて税込）。袋の中には、既に揚げられているコロッケが4個入っていました。
お皿に移し替えてから、電子レンジ500Wで3分10秒温めていきます（4個の場合）。
1個の大きさが拳ぐらいで、箸で持つと重さを感じます。夕食に出しても喜ばれそうなボリューム。
表面の衣は、こんがりときつね色に揚げられています。電子レンジ調理でもしんなりせず、まるで揚げたてのよう！
サクサク感を足したい時は、トースターで焼くのもオススメ。
公式サイトによると、北海道の生乳を使ったホワイトソースに紅ずわいがにを合わせているそうです。
半分に切るとソースがグイッとはみだすほど、隅々までみっちり入っています。
トロトロのホワイトソースがとてもクリーミーで、しっかり味が付いています。
ソースをかけなくても、おいしく食べられました。サンドイッチに挟んで食べてもおいしそう！
カニの風味や舌触りもちゃんと感じられます。衣のサクサク感とクリームの滑らかな食感と合わせて、いいコントラスト！
公式サイトのレビューでは「高級感あるコロッケ」「スーパーで買うかにクリームコロッケは少し脂っこく感じてしまうのですが、こちらはおいしいです」「カニクリームがトロトロでした」などの感想が寄せられていました。
油の片付けをしなくて済むのがうれしい。いつでも手軽に食べれられるのでオススメです！
