高知市全域に高齢者等避難
高知市は台風15号の接近で大雨のおそれがあるとして、午後2時、市内全域に高齢者等避難の情報を出しました。5段階の警戒レベルのうちレベル3にあたる情報で、高齢者や体の不自由な人などに避難を始めるよう呼びかけています。
