東北道 事故の車に後続車衝突 男児重体 先に事故の運転手逃走

13日夜、栃木県鹿沼市の東北自動車道で、事故を起こした乗用車に後ろから走ってきた乗用車が衝突し、後続車に乗っていた2歳の男の子が意識不明の重体となっています。先に事故を起こした運転手が現場から逃走し、警察が行方を捜査しています。

13日午後7時40分すぎ、鹿沼市の東北自動車道の下り線で、事故を起こして止まっていた乗用車に後ろから走ってきた乗用車が衝突する事故がありました。

この事故で、後続車に乗っていた横浜市の会社員の36歳の父親と、6歳と2歳の男の子のあわせて3人が病院に運ばれ、このうち、2歳の男の子が頭を強く打って意識不明の重体となっています。

警察によりますと、先に事故を起こした車は右側のガードレールに衝突して道路上に止まり、後ろから走ってきた車が衝突したということで、先に事故を起こした車の運転手は現場に車を置いて逃走したということです。

警察では、事故の原因を調べるとともに、逃走した運転手の行方を捜査しています。

現場は、栃木都賀ジャンクションから鹿沼インターチェンジの間の下り線で、14日未明まで4時間余りにわたって通行止めとなりました。
