小学校教室で児童盗撮か 建造物侵入疑いで教員逮捕 埼玉 所沢
埼玉県所沢市の小学校の教室で児童を盗撮していたスマートフォンが見つかり、警察は48歳の男の教員を建造物侵入の疑いで逮捕し、盗撮目的でスマホを教室に置いたとみて調べています。調べに対し、「スマホを置き忘れた」などと供述し、容疑を否認しているということです。
警察によりますと、1日午後4時ごろ、所沢市にある小学校の教室で窓際に不自然に置かれた筆箱が見つかりました。
筆箱の中にはスマートフォンが入っていて児童を盗撮した動画が残されていたということです。
通報を受けて警察が捜査したところスマートフォンはこの小学校に教員として勤務する斉藤維人 容疑者（48）の持ち物だったことが分かり、盗撮目的で教室に侵入した建造物侵入の疑いで逮捕しました。
スマートフォンは担任が不在の時間に教室に設置されたとみられ、その後、室内では水泳の授業がある女子児童たちが着替えをしていました。
調べに対し、「スマホを教室に置き忘れた」などと供述し、容疑を否認しているということです。
筆箱には小さな穴が開いていてスマートフォンのカメラのレンズで撮影できるように細工されていたということで警察が残された動画の内容などを詳しく調べています。
所沢市教委「事案は把握 事実確認と対応検討」
教員の逮捕について、所沢市教育委員会は「事案は把握しています。現在、事実確認と今後の対応について検討を進めています」とコメントしています。
